Job Description The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients in a home care setting or healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming Help with dressing and personal care routines Support with mobility and transfers (bed, wheelchair, bathroom) Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition Assist with medication reminders (as permitted) Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient Provide companionship and emotional support Document care and services provided accurately Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
