Assist with set up and change over’s.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMust adhere to all Multimatic New Haven Safety practices, policies & procedures\nMachine diagnostics/trouble-shooting & repair\nMachine installation & set up procedures\nPerform welding & fabrication as needed\nPerform preventative maintenance (PM’s) procedures related to all manufacturing equipment\nPerform all facility related repairs and/or project work as assigned\nResponsible for completing and turning in all maintenance related documentation including but not limited to daily log sheets for TPM’s and all required Control Plans and Downtime logs\nCoordinate with other resources (Supervisors/Managers) time, material and equipment required to perform necessary work as needed\nMust be self-driven; with minimal supervision\nHave or acquire all hands tools to perform the job\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nREASONING ABILITY\nAbility to solve practical problems and seal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to work without close supervision\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
