They achieve superior technical skills and understanding of the order fulfillment process, and practice strong communication skills both internally and externally. They possess the desire to achieve a high level of professionalism through continuous improvement processes and practices.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\r\nOrder Preparation and Management\r\nCreate accurate and complete client proposals, to include new customer set up, entry/import of specifications, pricing, classification, and revenue codes.\r\nGenerate purchase orders upon receipt of required documentation and/or deposit per current process.\r\nEnsure orders are entered promptly and reviewed for accuracy and completeness before being sent to the manufacturers/vendors.\r\nWork with vendors and internal project teams to reconcile acknowledgement discrepancies and manage timely ship dates based on project requirements.\r\nCreate and publish customer status reports.\r\nCoordinate delivery/install dates with vendors, Operations, clients, and Project Managers (depending on work scope).\r\nObtain punch list, enter into business system, communicate with vendors, expedite and coordinate follow-up on service through completion.\r\nAssist with project management responsibilities as needed, to include spec checks and punch ID/resolution.\r\nEnsure factory interface is on-going and that orders are monitored, projected ship dates meet project schedule requirements, that all acknowledgements are checked and discrepancies followed up on, and that orders are closed out in a timely and responsible manner.\r\nDepartmental Responsibilities\r\nCarry out requested tasks to support efforts of individual sales representatives and Account Managers.\r\nServe as a hub of communication and information to other cross-functional teams (Design, Project Management, Finance and Operations).\r\nEnsure that all communication with internal and external customers is timely, accurate, and meets customer requirements for information and order status.\r\nParticipate in vendor and dealer training programs and activities for on-going professional growth and development.\r\nInsidesource Core Responsibilities\r\nExemplify Insidesource values of Team First, Client Led, Change Makers, Experience Focused.\r\nParticipate in All Company Meetings and Regional Town Halls.\r\nEmbody diversity, equity, and inclusion in our Insider community and business practices.\r\nSupervisory Responsibilities\r\nNone\r\nSkills, Knowledge, Experience Required\r\nCustomer Service work experience preferred.\r\nExperience with dealership business systems- preferred.\r\nFurniture industry experience preferred.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).\r\nAbility to learn and apply technical skills in dealership business system and 20/20 software.\r\nUnderstanding of the complexities and sophistication required to thrive in the dealer environment.\r\nFluid interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of customers, vendors, personnel, and departments.\r\nAbility to see the big picture and integrate into day-to-day tasks and activities.\r\nExcellent and effective oral and written communication.\r\nPrior experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.\r\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nStrong organizational and administrative skills.\r\nExperience in customer service required.\r\nDemonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in business transactions, and to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.\r\nThe anticipated salary range for this role is $31.00 - $33.00 per hour.
