The Crane Operator position is responsible for operating heavy crane equipment in a safe and appropriate manner at highway and civil heavy construction projects. This role requires a keen understanding of load capacities, site layout, and operating procedures to ensure that lifts are conducted safely and within industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating heavy machinery in a construction setting and will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Minimum Qualifications:\r\n3-5 years of crane operating experience required, bridge construction preferred\r\nClass A or B CDL license with clean driving record and current DOT physical card required\r\nCIC, NCCO or equivalent OSHA-approved crane certification required\r\nMust be able to climb ladders, stand and walk on uneven surfaces as well as sit for long periods of time.
