ERP Applications Developer -- Industrial Manufacturer (35065)

An international manufacturer of automotive components in the Columbus, IN area is hiring an ERP Applications Developer to take charge of ERP systems development for their facility. The candidate must have strong experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One systems, focused on development, maintenance, improvements, and configuration of ERP systems as well as systems migration. This is a direct-hire position that offers a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.ERP Applications Developer Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and reconfigure JD Edwards applications in accordance with business specificationsImplement customizations to modules by creating new features and applications as neededTroubleshoot any technical issues with ERP systems, ensuring minimal downtimeAid in the upkeep of data integrity in imports, exports, integrations, etc. through the development of programs and scriptsWork collaboratively with members of external and internal IT teams or escalate to appropriate teams to ensure complex system issues are addressedUtilize reporting systems in the development and maintenance ofAssist with data migration projects, ensuring streamlined processesOther duties, as assignedERP Applications Developer Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ programming or technical experience with JD Edwards Enterprise OneBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar area of studyComparable combination of education and/or applicable experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or financial environmentProven experience in Configurable Network ComputingProven experience utilizing Business Intelligence toolsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detailThis position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
