Superintendent

Responsibilities The individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities that support field operations with direct reporting to Vice President of Operations Provide overall project site coordination and supervision of day-to-day field activities Develop and pro-actively manage schedules/look-ahead to ensure activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates Participate in pre-construction, progress, and other projects and staff meetings Maintain paperwork including field reports, daily logs, safety inspection reports, schedule updates, weekly progress reports Obtain all inspections Ensure all aspects of the project are compliant with contract terms Ensure that all work, whether performed by company forces or by subcontractors, meets the highest standard of quality workmanship Ensure jobsite safety and maintain a clean and organized jobsite Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other team members Maintain/review punch list items to ensure timely completion Qualifications experienced Project Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction Basic computer skills, can-do attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to multi-task QUALIFICATONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 5+ years experience in commercial construction Strong communication, leadership, time management and organizational skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office products Working knowledge of CPM schedule Detail-oriented, persuasive, and results-oriented Benefits OSHA 30 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Candidate Email:- Experience: Superintendent: 5 years (Required) commercial construction: 5 years (Required) Education AND healthcare commercial construction: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
