RedTeam Specialist / Penetration Tester

Senior Red Team Specialist - W2long-term hybrid engagement in Mesa, Arizona.We are looking for a highly skilled cybersecurity professional who will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise defenses by simulating real-world cyber threats and identifying vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications.Key Responsibilities:Perform advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across servers, web apps, databases, and cloud environments.Execute red team operations including threat emulation using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.Build and manage C2 infrastructure (Cobalt Strike, Empire, Covenant, Brute Ratel).Lead purple team exercises to validate security controls and remediation efforts.Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate across teams to enhance security posture and response readiness.Support incident response activities and continuous security improvement.Required Expertise:Hands-on experience with penetration testing (white/grey box) and system exploitation.Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Windows, Linux, Active Directory.Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK.Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).Experience with tools like Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike, etc.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications such as OSCP, PNPT, GPEN, eCPTX, etc.Experience in SOC, incident response, and threat hunting.Knowledge of NIST 800-53 / Risk Management Framework.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
