High-rise buildings experience preferably.\nExtensive experience in formwork systems for cast in place concrete.\nExtensive experience in post-tensioning and reinforcing steel procedures.\nExtensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration processes.\nProficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is essential.\nHands-on experience with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for structural shell construction projects.\nFamiliarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.\nStrong understanding of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam and other relevant tools.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.\nPrior experience coordinating diverse teams across various disciplines within the construction industry is highly desirable.
