This is an opportunity to build an in-house construction management function that directly influences how we grow across multiple brands.\nIf you thrive on managing complex projects, solving problems before they become crises, and working with talented people to bring new restaurants to life, we'd love to meet you.\nAbout the Role\nAs our Construction Manager, you'll oversee the planning and execution of new restaurant builds, remodels, relocations, conversions, and major capital improvement projects across multiple brands and states.\nYou'll partner closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Operations, Real Estate, Information Technology, Facilities, architects, contractors, landlords, and franchisors to ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and ready for successful operations.\nThis is a highly visible position that combines project management, financial oversight, relationship management, and strategic planning.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou'll lead projects from concept through grand opening by:\nManaging multiple construction projects simultaneously\nDeveloping project schedules, budgets, and critical milestones\nCoordinating contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and municipalities\nMonitoring project budgets, cash flow, invoices, and change orders\nIdentifying risks early and driving solutions before they impact schedules\nProviding executive-level reporting on timelines, budgets, and project status\nStandardizing construction processes that support long-term company growth\nHelping improve project efficiency, vendor performance, and capital investment decisions\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccessful candidates are people who:\nKeep projects moving even when challenges arise\nHold vendors and partners accountable\nCommunicate clearly with executives and field leaders\nBalance urgency with sound decision-making\nAnticipate issues before they become problems\nTake ownership from start to finish\nDeliver projects that are on time, on budget, and operationally ready\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're seeking someone who has:\n3-5+ years of construction project management experience\nExperience with restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site development projects\nStrong knowledge of construction scheduling, permitting, budgeting, inspections, change orders, and project closeout\nExperience working with contractors, architects, engineers, municipalities, landlords, and vendors\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n*Multi-unit restaurant or franchise experience is a strong plus.*\nTravel\nThis role requires frequent travel throughout Oregon, Washington, and other company operating markets to support active construction projects and restaurant openings.\nWhy Team JCK?\nWe're a growing, multi-brand restaurant organization committed to building great restaurants and developing great people.
