We are rooted in connection, growth, and creating meaningful impact within the communities we serve.\r\nAbout the RoleThis role supports both intake operations and community outreach, helping guide families from first inquiry to program start while expanding our presence through events and partnerships.\r\nWe're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and people-centeredsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values both operational excellence and human connection.\r\nWhat You'll DoIntake, Operations & Administrative Support\r\nManage the intake process from initial inquiry through program start\r\nEnsure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant\r\nCommunicate with families and internal teams to support a smooth onboarding experience\r\nTrack funder requirements and proactively follow up to prevent delays in services\r\nMaintain accurate records, audits, and reporting\r\nSupport intake KPIs and contribute to improving workflows and systems\r\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Scheduling, Billing, and Leadership teams\r\nMaintain organized systems, follow-ups, and communication tracking\r\nCommunity Outreach & Events\r\nRepresent The Behavior Lab at community events, schools, and partner locations\r\nBuild and maintain meaningful relationships with families and community partners\r\nSupport event setup, coordination, and breakdown\r\nAssist in planning and executing outreach events and initiatives\r\nTrack outreach efforts, engagement, and event outcomes\r\nSupport materials, logistics, and light content capture as needed\r\nQualificationsBilingual (English/Spanish) Required\r\n1+ year experience in intake, customer service, outreach, or related field\r\nStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skills\r\nProficiency in Google Workspace\r\nExperience in ABA, healthcare, or service-based environments is a plus\r\nCore StrengthsStrong interpersonal and communication skills\r\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\r\nProactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\r\nPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with event setup\r\nAbility to travel locally for outreach and events\r\nComfortable working both in-office and in community settings\r\nWhy You'll Love Working With UsAt The Behavior Lab, you're not just filling a role you're joining a mission.
