On-site obligation is 2-3 days a week and relo packages are included.\nClient is willing to wait 12-18 months for a non-compete.\nRole:\nTo assist in the implementation of quantitative strategies.\nTo build and implement data pipelines.\nTo develop trading infrastructure in C++ & Python.\nTo support the quant team with tooling and simulation.\nEssentially, its a generalist software role, acting as the go between three different teams (Quant, Data and Infra).\n\nEssential skills:\nBS in CompSci/ Maths or similarly related field.\nExperience working closely with a quant team (or on it) & simulation.\nFamiliar with Python and/or C++\nExperience working at a trading firm (recently hired from Akuna, Wolverine and CitSec).\nFamiliar with pipelines.\nBeneficial skills:\nPrevious experience in greenfield development/ building out something from scratch (startup/ new product 0-1).\nMSCS or similarly related field.\nFamiliar with presenting to stakeholders.\nLeadership experience.\nCompensation:\nOur client is looking at $525,000-875,000 total compensation. This is broken into a base with a guaranteed bonus Y1.
