Lead Program Manager – Banking & Financial Services We're looking for a seasoned Lead Program Manager to drive strategic program delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives in the Banking & Financial Services domain.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end program lifecycle — strategy, planning, execution, and deliveryLead and mentor cross-functional teams of PMs, project managers, and technical leadsManage program scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multiple workstreamsServe as the executive-facing point of contact; lead Steering Committee meetingsIdentify and mitigate risks; drive process improvements and PMO governancePartner with operations on resource planning, hiring, and onboardingWhat You Bring15+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in Banking/Financial ServicesStrong exposure to the Cards domainProven ability to manage large-scale programs in Agile and Waterfall environmentsExperience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and MS OfficeExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsPMP or PgMP certification preferred
