As a result, we are growing quickly and are looking for energetic, motivated team members to expand our nest.\n\nYour Role and Impact\nThe Financial Analyst will provide strategic support in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to drive informed decision-making. They will manage quarterly sales quota setting and oversee the sales commission payout process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with external auditors and internal departments to facilitate smooth, compliant audits. Additionally, they will assist senior management in securing banking facilities and work to optimize cash flow and inventory positions for maximum efficiency.\n\nDay to Day Responsibilities\nAnalyze current and historical financial data to assess corporate performance.\nDevelop financial projections based on detailed analysis.\nSupport the creation of key deliverables for the Annual Budget and Worldwide Financial Plan, covering both Corporate and the Americas region.\nCollaborate with other finance team members to review financial data and forecasts.\nConduct analysis of POS trends, sales projections, sales dilutions, product margins, and customer base composition; prepare product line P&Ls to assist business managers in improving their financial outcomes.\nEnsure timely and accurate quarterly sales quota setting and sales commission payouts.\nFacilitate external financial and banking audits.\nProvide analytical support to optimize cash flow and inventory levels.\nPerform monthly inventory LCM reviews and revaluation.\nAssist with additional projects as assigned.\n\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s degree (4-year) required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; experience at a CPA firm is preferred.\nStrong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.\nDemonstrates critical analytical skills to identify opportunities for profit and process improvement.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and with external business units.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize issues and present actionable recommendations.\nExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.\nStrong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data in a clear and compelling manner.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.\nExperience with Oracle, OutlookSoft, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.\nMandarin language skills (speaking and listening) are preferred.\n\nWhat’s in it for you:\nMedical, Dental and Vision insurance options\n401k with company match\nPaid Time Off\nCompany provided equipment\n\nWork Environment & Requirements\nOffice Presence: Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days local offsite\nEnvironment: Normal office conditions.\nPhysical Effort: Work requires infrequent physical demands\nHazards: Negligible, little or no exposure to hazards\n\nAt ViewSonic, our mission is to provide excellence in visual experience by combining, products, solutions, and ecosystem developments.
