The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the commission calculation and analysis process with the organization. The candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales commissions. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of the commission operations.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn the calculation and validation of sales, agent, and various other commissions based on established commission plans and policies.\nReview sales transactions, contracts, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of commission data.\nWork closely with sales operations and finance teams to resolve commission-related inquiries and discrepancies.\nPrepare commission reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.\nParticipate in the development and implementation of commission-related processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.\nMaintain commission databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and security.\nAssist in the preparation of commission forecasts and budgeting processes.\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales compensation and commission management.\nCollaborate with and support sales and business development teams to design effective commissions plans.\nAnalyze and interpret compensation data to make informed recommendations.\nProvide insights into trends and patterns related to compensation and commissions.\nFacilitate documentation of compensation policies and procedures.\nCommunicate changes and updates in compensation plans to relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain key performance metrics related to compensation and commissions.\nProvide regular reports and analysis to leadership.\nEnsure data accuracy and system integrity.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
