Your day-to-day will include:Greeting and advising customers with professionalism and careExplaining recommended services and gaining repair approvalsCoordinating with our skilled service team to ensure timely updatesManaging priorities in a fast-paced environmentMaintaining strong communication and follow-throughThis is a role for someone who's organized, attentive, personable, and thrives on creating great customer experiences.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who brings experience and energy to the role - and who is ready to build lasting relationships with our customers.
