Come be part of a winning team that feels like family.\r\nYour Role on Our Team: You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\r\nPerform work within takt/cycle time (40%)\r\nPerform work per work instructions (40%)\r\nInspection of component and workplace audit with documented results (40%)\r\nInitiate corrective action as required (30%)\r\nSetup and operate optical comparator to measure angles, lengths, center distances and radius (30%)\r\nHeat treat and Gear inspection with the use of lab equipment and interpreting results to specification (30%)\r\nCalculate vari-roll blocks and setup independently (30%)\r\nInspect all incoming material per quality instructions (30%)\r\nEnter NCR in computer and control parts until disposition is determined (30%)\r\nMaintain received files and records and update required records to show gauge status (30%)\r\nUse of lab equipment for gauge calibration and disposition of obsolete and worn gauges (20%)\r\nUsing gauge calibration procedures, verify gauging used within cells (20%)\r\nWork with gauge suppliers for best equipment for each application (20%)\r\nLab testing – audits (10%)\r\nAdhere to all safety requirements in the work area (5%)\r\nPractice 5Ss (5%)\r\nThe TOOLS you'll bring with you: Proficient understanding and ability to follow verbal and written instructions (drawings and OMS)\r\nCollege-level math skills\r\nExcellent organization skills\r\nKnowledge of engineering standards\r\nLeadership skills\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\r\nQuality experience\r\nOther TOOLS we prefer you to have: N/A\r\nWorking Conditions: The physical and weightlifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
