Non-exempt staff are eligible for 1.5x overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week, subject to local or state regulations. Final compensation is based on your specific skills, education, and experience. Full-time team members may choose from a variety of benefit plans, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings accounts, 10 days of paid time off, 3 days of bereavement leave, 401(k) participation with company match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending accounts, and various supplemental insurance options.
