Our systems are designed to support you—reducing repetitive tasks and improving visibility so you can focus on what matters most.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess residential closing files from opening through closing\nReview title commitments and clear requirements\nCoordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys\nEnsure file accuracy, completeness, and readiness for closing\nMaintain compliance with company and underwriter guidelines\nCommunicate effectively throughout the transaction process\n\nQualifications:\nExperience as a Closing Processor or in a similar role\nStrong understanding of title and escrow processes\nExcellent organizational and multitasking skills\nStrong communication and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nExperience with Qualia, RamQuest, or ResWare is a plus.\n\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
