Bartender
Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse clientele
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus
Familiarity with brewing techniques and retail math is beneficial
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
