Grow with us.\nThe core responsibilities of this role include: Sanitation with some forklift\nPosition: Sanitation Weekend Night Shift\nShift: 6PM- 6AM, Sat/Sun/Mon\nPay: $19.65 per hour, PLUS $1.50/hr shift differential with an ADDITIONAL $1.75/hr shift differential when work day rotates into weekends.\n**Base Pay INCREASE to $19.90 after 6 months, $20.40 after 12 months and $21.15 after 24 months!\n\nIn addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Logistics, Warehouse, Facilities, Sanitation Janitorial, Custodian, Housekeeper\nA Minimum of (6) months' experience in the following:\nSanitation, Custodian or Janitor role within a Warehouse or Distribution environment is highly desired.\nAble to operate a sit-down forklift in order to move boxes and packing debris is highly preferred. Must be willing to train to operate a forklift.\nJob duties include general sanitation and custodial tasks with the facility warehouse, breakrooms and bathrooms, breaking down cardboard boxes and picking up trash from parking lots of all 3 warehouses.\nMust have reliable transportation in order to move between the 3 warehouses.\nAble to stand for extended periods of time. The position will require standing for up to 90% of the shift.\nMust be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.\nBe part of the world’s largest logistics company! Shape your world.\n\nRole Purpose:\n\nResponsible for operating powered equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting product. Responsible for checking all inbound and outbound products. Ensures products are free of damage and infestation, product code dates are properly recorded and products match customer requirements.\n\nKey Accountabilities:\n\nPhysically load product onto equipment, pallets or totes more than 20% of specified shift.\nPut-away and pick product for shipment or stock. Insure the exact number and type of products, ordered by the customer, are checked and loaded correctly.\nCompare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the customers order to ensure outgoing product shipments are complete and correct.\nChanges equipment battery or LP tank and monitors power source as necessary.\nVerify and report discrepancies such as non-available products and OS&D.\nMaintain the facility and the facilitys equipment in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
