The RoleAs a Restaurant Manager at Petite Edith, you aren't just "running the floor"—you are the architect of the guest experience and a mentor to our staff. You will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless service, and uphold the aesthetic and operational standards that define our brand. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Direct, train, and inspire a diverse FOH team to deliver polished yet approachable service. Operations: Manage floor presence during peak hours, handling guest relations and logistics with poise. Financials: Assist with labor costs, inventory management, and driving revenue through strategic service. Collaboration: Work closely with the Beverage Director and Executive Chef to ensure a cohesive "front-to-back" experience. Compliance: Maintain rigorous health, safety, and COLA/Basset standards. Who You AreExperienced: You have 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment. A Natural Leader: You lead by example and aren't afraid to jump into the weeds with your team. Detail-Oriented: You notice the flickering lightbulb, the slightly off-center menu, and the guest who needs a water refill before they even realize it.
