Experience in a pharma, clinical research, or biotech environment is strongly preferred.Responsibilities:- Maintain and reconcile invoiced Accounts Payable activity against planned budget forecasts within Smartsheet® for three assets.- Assist in maintaining Excel spreadsheets, as necessary per the direction of the Asset PMs.- Support Asset PMs in preparing for the July and October Latest Estimate (LE) budget cycles.- Attend GMAT meetings focused on Plan and LE budget reviews and document budget changes.- Conduct monthly meetings with Externally Sponsored Research (ESR), Company Sponsored Studies (CSS) and Evidence Generation (EvGen) teams within Clinical Trial Management, Resources, Operations & Governance (CTMROG) to review changes in their live forecasts.
