This role is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on elevator systems, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements. Daily tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, and carrying out repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation. The Elevator Mechanic will respond to service calls, document all work performed, and adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures. Collaboration with supervisors, other technicians, and customers is expected to schedule maintenance, communicate findings, and minimize downtime.
