ELL Instructional AideThe ELL Instructional Aide helps students achieve their greatest potential by providing support to the instructional program with specific responsibilities for assisting the facilitation of students' English language acquisition; administering tests; performing classroom clerical tasks; and serving as a resource to support communication among non-English speaking students, parents, and community members with school personnel.Qualifications:High school diploma. Some college or college degree in related area preferredCurrent or willing and able to obtain an Ohio Department of Education Educational Aide permitExperience working directly in small groups or one on one with adolescents and/or reinforcing learning concepts and English language development preferredWillingness and ability to acquire task specific knowledge required for administration of tests and documentation of student performanceProven ability to develop positive working relationships with students, peers and administrationProven organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks with better than average attention to detailComputer expertise appropriate to the positionValid drivers' license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insuranceHistory of good job attendanceMust pass criminal background checkStarting Date: August 2026Salary: $20.38 - $24.48/hour ($30,814 - $37,013/year)Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; tuition reimbursementWork Year: 189 days - 8 hours/dayDeadline: Until Filled
