Freight moves through established regional lanes, keeping CDL-A truck drivers active without long delays between loads.Loads are planned in advance to maintain consistent miles throughout the week. Most freight is preloaded, allowing CDL-A truck drivers to stay focused on driving instead of waiting at shippers. Routes are built to support steady movement between stops, helping reduce downtime and keep weekly earnings consistent. The goal is to keep you moving, earning, and operating within a schedule that makes sense week to week.Equipment is assigned to support reliability and comfort on the road. Trucks are maintained on a regular schedule to help CDL-A truck drivers avoid unnecessary downtime during the week.Pay & Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available after eligibility.
