Position Type:Maintenance/Custodial/Maintenance Worker Date Posted:5/11/2026 Location:Maintenance Building Date Available:07/01/2026 Closing Date:05/22/2026 Qualifications include a knowledge of: • Electrician and HVAC Experience Required • Knowledge of methods, practices, and materials used in electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning • Applicable provisions of building, electrical, and plumbing codes • Occupational hazards and safe work practices of the building maintenance trades Qualifications include an ability to: • Make repairs and adjustments to plumbing equipment, and a variety of motorized and mechanical equipment such as chillers, boilers, generators, motors, pumps and valves, blowers, fans, variable frequency drives, and refrigeration systems • Recognize and locate conditions which require maintenance and repair work. • Read blueprints, plans and construction drawings • Safely and skillfully operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, trucks and lifts • Receive work orders and determine necessary tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete assignments • Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance • Understand building electrical systems • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others • Effectively communicate both orally and in writing Attachment(s): Maintence Job Description
