Retail Store Associate

Retail Associate We are seeking an energetic and personable individual to join our team representing well-known organizations. As a Retail Associate, one can expect to engage with consumers at events and community spaces to raise awareness, answer questions, and help increase customer support for meaningful causes. Key Responsibilities: Represent organization in a professional and positive manner Engage with community members in person to share campaign information Answer questions and clearly communicate mission and goals Collect donor information and process contributions accurately Meet daily and weekly outreach goals Work closely with your team to improve outreach strategies What We Are Looking For: Strong people skills and a passion for making a difference Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience (a plus, not required) Comfortable speaking with people in-person in a public setting High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
