This is a highly patient-facing role focused on coaching, troubleshooting, and improving therapy outcomes through a seamless customer experience.You’ll work closely with the Clinical Supervisor and team to support patients throughout their therapy journey in a fast-paced e-commerce healthcare environment.Key highlightsWork location: 9225 Brown Deer Rd, San Diego, CA 92121Virtual patient interaction through phone, email, live chat, text, and web inquiriesFast-paced clinical support environmentCollaborative role working with sleep physicians and internal clinical teamsSalary range$31.84–$37.00 per hour.
