Sales ManagerHeppner Group | Full-Time | Onsite: Lehi, UTAbout the Role We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our in-office sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and has a genuine passion for developing people and driving performance. You will be the driving force behind the team's daily output, keeping everyone motivated, accountable, and focused on hitting and exceeding targets.If you are someone who brings energy to the room, takes ownership without being asked, and knows how to get the best out of the people around you, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives on a daily basisFoster a positive, high-performance culture where the team feels supported and challengedConduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to align on goals and address any concernsOnboard and train new sales team members, ensuring they are set up for successPerformance Management:Set individual and team sales targets in line with company goalsMonitor and track KPIs and performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisIdentify underperformance early and implement structured improvement plansRecognize and reward high performance to maintain motivation and moraleAttendance & Workforce Management:Oversee and manage team attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedulesEnsure adequate team coverage at all times and manage any staffing issues proactivelyMaintain accurate records of attendance and flag any patterns of concernSales Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growthAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvementCollaborate with senior leadership to align the team's activity with broader business objectivesContinuously refine processes and approaches to maximize efficiency and conversion ratesMotivation & Team Culture:Create an energetic and positive office environment that keeps the team engaged and drivenRun daily briefings, team huddles, and incentive initiatives to maintain momentumAct as the go-to person for the team.
