Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Bozeman, MT Agency: Conflux Systems Inc Pay: $2,400 to $2,660 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position Surgical Technologist (Certified) – OR | Travel/Contract We are hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a fast-paced Acute Care Operating Room setting. Key Requirements: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Graduate of an accredited Surg Tech program (or military equivalent) BLS (AHA) required Minimum 1 year OR experience preferred Role Overview: Function as a scrub tech assisting surgeons during procedures Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and equipment Ensure patient safety and OR efficiency Coordinate with OR staff & sterile processing for case readiness Requirements Skills Required: Strong knowledge of surgical procedures & instruments Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent teamwork & communication skills Schedule: Flexible shifts (including weekends & on-call) May require 40 hours/week Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 50 lbs
