Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Description:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Autism Consultant to join our team and support students in a dynamic school environment. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative settings and are driven to create positive behavioral and educational outcomes for students, especially those in early childhood and autism programs.As a key member of the educational team, you will:Provide in-classroom support, coaching, and hands-on guidance to teachers and staffLead the development of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Conduct behavioral evaluations, including functional analyses, and interpret resultsDesign and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions, ensuring fidelity and measurable progressCoach, train, and supervise school staff, RBTs/RBAIs, and BCBA candidatesDeliver professional development sessions, workshops, and training on behavioral strategiesCollaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student successSupport the development and implementation of IEPs, goals, and individualized programsUtilize and analyze data tracking systems to guide interventions and monitor outcomesEnsure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelinesApply best practices such as PECS, visual supports, assistive technology, social skills training, and more Required Qualifications:Active BCBA certification (in good standing)Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of successful experience in behavioral analysis and intervention, including supporting students in an educational setting.School-based experience (K-12) is requiredStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsExperience supporting students with diverse backgrounds and needs Highly Preferred:Experience with early childhood autism evaluationsBackground working with at-risk student populationsBilingual or multilingual abilities Why Join Us?Work in a collaborative and mission-driven environmentOpportunity to directly impact student success and growthEngage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunitiesBe part of a team committed to evidence-based practices and innovation Additional Requirements:Ability to meet physical demands of a school environment (with or without accommodation)Valid Oregon Driver's LicenseCommitment to ethical standards and professional excellenceReady to Make a Difference?If you're a dedicated BCBA or Autism Consultant looking to bring your expertise into a meaningful school-based role, we'd love to hear from you!
