We are looking for a hands-on leader who can bring structure, improve consistency, and help scale operations effectively.Core ResponsibilitiesProduction LeadershipOversee day-to-day shop operations, including CNC and prep activitiesProvide direction and support to production team membersEnsure schedules are aligned with installation timelinesSupply Chain & Materials CoordinationMaintain visibility into inventory levels and material needsCoordinate purchasing activities and track inbound deliveriesWork with vendors to support reliable supply and timingProject Readiness & QualityHelp ensure jobs are fully prepared prior to installationSupport quality checks to reduce errors and reworkStrengthen coordination between warehouse and production teamsOperational EfficiencyIdentify and implement improvements to workflow and processesSupport standardization and organization across departmentsContribute to ongoing efforts to improve productivity and reduce wasteQualifications8–10+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chainExperience leading teams in a production or warehouse settingStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExposure to process improvement methods is a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase salary starting at $80,000, with total compensation up to $110,000 based on performancePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesPaid time offWork LocationIn person – Boca Raton, FLAbout JL ClosetsJL Closets is a South Florida-based company specializing in custom storage solutions.
