Position is Hybrid, based in the Cleveland, OH.\n\nPosition Summary: An Engineer who uses experience to perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of engineering design for large and complex projects.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nKnowledgeable in the design of mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, cooling, exhaust, and specialty systems for commercial and public buildings\nKnowledgeable in the design of plumbing systems including gas, potable water, sanitary, sewer, fire suppression, and specialty systems for commercial and public buildings.\nUndertakes a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard engineering techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project.\nRelies on experience and judgement for design, development, implementation, and analysis of engineering designs and systems.\nProduces high quality, accurate, and consistent drawings.\nCollects and prepares data/information and performs engineering calculations. Develops technical specifications and data sheets.\nPerforms construction administration, drawing review, and response to RFI’s.\nAssists in field work.
