Service Advisor (Mobile)

Fit Recruiting is partnering with a reputable, high-volume automotive dealership in Mobile seeking a Service Advisor to join their service team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the connection point between customers and technicians. The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. In this role, the Service Advisor will guide customers through the service process, communicate repair recommendations clearly, and ensure a positive, efficient experience from drop-off to pick-up. Salary ranges from $55K-$80K+ yearly, based on experience and performance. Compensation structure includes bay pay + commission. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing vehicles in for service Listen to concerns and clearly explain recommended repairs, timelines, and costs Open repair orders, prepare estimates, and schedule service appointments Communicate with technicians to provide accurate status updates Deliver a positive customer experience and support repeat business Requirements: Automotive or dealership experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy service department Professional, organized, and customer-focused Comfortable using dealership software and technology
