Benefits vary by location.\nActivities/ Responsibilities:\nThe Command Center (CC)Operations Manager (OM) will manage 24/7 CC operations directly responsible for monitoring and analyzing activities and data from numerous global locations. The OM will ensure the CC staff adheres to and meets Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and quality assurance audits.\nManage, delegate, and direct action in a 24/7 operation’s environment, keen ability to balance priorities and response to time sensitive and critical escalations.\nSpeaking and presenting to Transdev and client leadership the CC OM is directly responsible for accuracy in data and robust action plans.\nAdvanced knowledge in spreadsheet and similar data analysis tools to conduct data analysis, trending and modeling, showcasing metrics in visual formats and determining actionable plans.\nSupervise the daily activity of the CCS to ensure efficient operation across shifts.\nDrive special projects and programs completion assigned by the Manager.\nMay be assigned to attend meetings with the client to represent Manager or other functional managers.\nEnsures compliance throughout the division to global process standards and works on continuous improvement initiatives.\nDefines and maintains standard operating procedures for the Command Center Operation.\nManages and implements the performance-based pay program for all subordinate employees.\nFollows up on timekeeping practices and payroll responsibilities for global operations ensures Bi-weekly payroll is completed for global operators.\nDevelops and schedules program work plan in accordance with specifications in conjunction with client staff; oversees daily operations and coordinates activities of program; determines priorities.\nMaintains routine records and performs a variety of clerical work activities related to the property operation\nAble to solve intermediate to complex problems, from identification to resolution.\nMaintains high degree of confidentiality of all information\nAll other duties as required.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required;\nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred\n2 or more years Operations experience in leading teams in a CC environment preferred;\nDegree in Communications, Business, Logistics, Communications, Operations, or related field - preferred\nKnowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to organize and prioritize dynamic workloads\nImpeccable attention to detail\nStrong data analytics skills\nExperience communicating with people from multiple backgrounds\nComfortable in cross functional team environments\nProficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone (Android preferred but not required)\nTravel up to 20% of the time\nPre-Employment and On-site Requirements:\nMust be 21 years old;\nAll Transdev employees must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
