Continental Siding is looking for a highly motivated individual seeking a long-term career, with the market's top home improvement company.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities: Summary:\nThe Gutter and Window Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of rain gutter systems and residential windows. This role ensures proper drainage and weatherproofing to protect buildings from water damage and energy loss, and upholds the quality standards of Continental Siding.\nSchedule: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4 pm or until job duties are completed\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nDental Insurance\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\n\nEssential Duties:\nMeasure and assess installation areas\nRead and interpret blueprints and work orders\nCut, shape, and secure gutters and downspouts\nSeal joints and connections to prevent leaks\nInstall gutter guards to prevent debris buildup\nInspect and repair existing gutter systems\nRemove old windows and prepare openings for new installations\nInstall residential windows with proper sealing and alignment\nEnsure installations meet quality and safety standards\nInspect completed work for compliance and customer satisfaction\nEnsure safety procedures are followed at all times\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nCommunicate professionally with clients and team members\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE — Experience in construction, roofing, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS — Able to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and operating instructions. Able to speak English clearly and professionally when interacting with customers and team members.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS — Able to measure and calculate dimensions using standard and metric systems. Ability to compute material needs and basic geometry used in installations.\nREASONING ABILITY — Able to assess situations and solve problems related to installation challenges in a variety of field conditions. Must exercise sound judgment and adapt to unique customer or structural needs.\nCOMPUTER SKILLS — Basic understanding of mobile devices or apps used for work orders or job reporting is preferred.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift and maneuver up to 75 pounds. Must be comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions. The role requires stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
