Client is not going to consider short term projects (3-6 months) in recent times.\nAs an IT Technical Support Engineer on our IT and Security team, while your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:\nWorking with end-users to troubleshoot and solve technical or operational issues on company-managed devices - eg. laptops, monitors, printers, accessories.\nPerforming IT Onboarding and Offboarding operations for the Cleveland office - eg. setting up company laptops and preparing IT equipment for on-site orientation.\nTroubleshooting basic-to-moderate networking issues - eg. corporate networks and VPNs, for end-users and working with our internal IT team to monitor and maintain the health of Momentum’s corporate networking infrastructure.\nMonitor and maintain conference room equipment - eg.
