Manufacturing Associate - Onsite

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Holly Springs, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.In this vital role, you will support all floor operations for the manufacturing of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) drug substance. You will be completing hands-on operations in the Services area, adhering to established procedures and policies with a strict focus on safety and compliance. The initial schedule will be Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 10-hour days, transitioning to rotating 12-hour shifts as business needs dictate.Responsibilities:Complete work in accordance with established cGMP procedures and policies (SOPs, MPs, JHAs, CFR) with strict adherence to safety and complianceEnsure proper gowning and aseptic techniques are always followedPerform hands-on operation including set-up, cleaning, sanitization, and monitoring of equipment and assigned areaPrepare and transfer buffer and mediaWeigh and dispense materials to be used in the preparation of Buffers and MediasComplete washroom activities, including cleaning small to large scale equipmentRun and monitor critical processes per assigned proceduresPerform documentation for assigned functions (i.e., equipment logs, EBRs)Maintain an organized, clean, and workable spaceRequirements:High school diploma/GED with 2 years of work experience OR Associate's degree with 6 months of work experience OR Bachelor's degreeExperience in a regulated industry such as biotechnology or pharmaceuticalBasic understanding of GMP principlesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeDesired skills:Completion of NC BioWorks Certificate ProgramKnowledge of other electronic systems such as EBR/MES, Delta V, and Electronic Quality SystemsAbility to perform assignments with a high degree of focus and attention to detailPay range: up to $22.13 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!Aptask Global Workforce (AGW)ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is a certified Minority and Veteran workforce solutions company.
