This role partners with business and project stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into Unifier configurations, and ensure solutions are usable, maintainable, and aligned to program controls and governance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the design of Unifier and other PMIS solutions\nWork directly with clients to gather requirements, make recommendations, take detailed notes, and convey those to other members of the project team\nCreate strategy documents, such as integration strategy, PMIS strategy, training strategy, etc\nCreate detailed design documentation, and artifacts\nWork with developers and development leads to manage Unifier/PMIS development\nBe able to create proof of concepts to demonstrate key functionality\nQuality assurance on solutions developed by digital teams\nExecute UAT process and obtain final sign off from clients\nAssist with the development of integration and migration plans\nEscalate any issues promptly to project leadership\nDemo solutions to clients\nAbility to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly\nSupport sales process as needed\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n5+ Years Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar PMIS\n3+ Years Solution Architecture experience with Unifier or similar PMIS\nExcellent communication skills (virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, etc)\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite\nNice to Have:\n2-3 Years Construction experience\nExperience with building Integrations\nPower BI experience\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or equivalent).\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:\nConsertus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
