This leader will ensure work flows seamlessly from strategy to planning, execution, and release—enabling predictable, transparent, and high-quality outcomes.\r\nThis is a highly visible leadership role requiring a blend of delivery excellence, operational leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Security, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) leadership teams to improve delivery performance, increase engineering velocity, and establish scalable portfolio management practices across the organization.\r\nThe ideal candidate is passionate about building systems, simplifying complexity, and creating alignment across teams while maintaining a relentless focus on execution.\r\nLead and Evolve MX's Engineering Delivery Operating Model\r\nDrive the continuous improvement of MX's delivery framework, ensuring company strategy is effectively translated into predictable product releases.\r\nEstablish and maintain planning, dependency management, risk management, and release governance practices across Product, Platform, Security, and Infrastructure teams.\r\nPartner with Engineering leadership to support annual and long-range capacity planning efforts, aligning engineering investments with business priorities.\r\nDevelop scalable operating rhythms that improve transparency, accountability, and execution consistency across the organization.\r\nImprove Engineering Velocity and Delivery Effectiveness\r\nImplement and mature engineering intelligence capabilities that provide visibility into delivery performance, investment allocation, and team efficiency.\r\nPartner with Engineering leaders to identify and remove delivery bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and improve predictability.\r\nEstablish standards for delivery tooling, Jira architecture, and reporting frameworks to improve data quality and organizational alignment.\r\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that increase engineering effectiveness without sacrificing quality.\r\nLead and Develop the TPM Function\r\nManage and develop a team of Technical Program Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, technical depth, and operational excellence.\r\nDefine career development paths, competencies, and best practices for the TPM organization.\r\nEstablish TPMs as trusted strategic partners to Engineering and Product leadership.\r\nCoach TPMs to proactively identify risks, manage complex dependencies, and influence outcomes across teams.\r\nDrive Cross-Functional Alignment\r\nPartner with Product and Engineering leadership to align roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans across multiple product lines.\r\nFacilitate collaboration across technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.\r\nTranslate complex technical initiatives into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership.\r\nEnsure risks, trade-offs, and dependencies are surfaced early and managed effectively.\r\nPortfolio Reporting and Operational Excellence\r\nLead portfolio planning, forecasting, and executive reporting processes.\r\nEstablish meaningful delivery metrics and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.\r\nDrive accountability through operational rigor, tooling maturity, and reporting accuracy.\r\nProvide leadership visibility into delivery health, execution risks, and organizational capacity.\r\nSupport Global Delivery Collaboration\r\nPartner closely with TPM and Engineering leaders in India to ensure consistent delivery practices and operational alignment.\r\nHelp maintain a unified global delivery model while empowering regional teams to execute effectively.\r\nEstablish standards, governance, and processes that scale across geographies.\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\n8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Operations, Product Operations, Engineering Leadership, or related functions.\r\n3+ years of people leadership experience managing Technical Program Managers or similar roles.\r\n8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs spanning Product, Platform, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams.\r\nDemonstrated success building and scaling operational processes within high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology organizations.\r\nExperience driving cross-functional initiatives that improve execution, alignment, and organizational effectiveness.\r\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, portfolio management, and software development lifecycles.\r\nAt MX, we are a high-performance organization that thrives on trust and results.
