Teaches, and coaches during exercise/event execution, simulation functionality and operations to training unit personnel who will be operating simulation workstations during training exercises/events.On occasion, operates simulation system or MCiS for the unit during execution of the training eventPerforms other related duties as assigned.Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Requirements:Minimum Requirements/Education:Bachelor's degree (associated discipline) or 5 yrs. experience in IS development, training, or related fields.5 yrs. service in, or support to, the Army or other national defense service.3 yrs. experience developing and providing IT or 3 yrs.
