At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it’s materials and processing expertise.\n\nWhat YOU will do\n\nPlan complex interdepartmental projects to meet program and business objectives.\nTrack, report and execute assigned projects to scope, cost and schedule objectives.\nIdentify and abate project risks.\nLiaise with cross-functional teams from different departments, Suppliers, and Customers.\n\nWhat YOU must bring to Succeed\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.\nAbility to support on-site.\n\nDesired Characteristics\n\nMinor Degree in Project Management or equivalent industry experience.\nStrong organizational and critical thinking skills.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.\nStrong oral and written communication skills. Able to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization, Suppliers, and Customers.\nExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.\nAbility to perform under high pressure with high degree of self and team accountability.\n\nAt ST Engineering, we offer great rewards, competitive pay, career advancement and growth opportunities.\nEstimate salary range for this role $63,500 to $93,000 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location.
