These areas of support may include:\n\nOptimizing facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably.\n\nProficient in supporting operations and maintenance at LaSalle Lumber Company.\n\nProviding technical engineering support for turnarounds and projects.\n\nDeveloping and/or deploying industry leading technologies to reduce carbon, increase efficiency and maximize returns.\n\nUsing digitalization and data analytics to improve process operations and safety.\n\nDuties will include, but not be limited to:\n\nExcellent people skills, oral and written communication with outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to interact effectively in multi person office environment. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks is required. Must be able to give attention to detail.\n\nMust be able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks/reporting as required.\n\nAdvanced problem-solving skills.\n\nPosition will combine formal training, on the job competency development, mentoring, and multiple job assignments.\n\nPosition will develop competencies for designing and maintaining instrumentation and control devices and electrical power systems and equipment. This would support activities ranging from process control networks and process automation systems to optimize plants, operating larger power systems and generators, assuring power system integrity and reliability, and monitoring power systems for efficient power management.\n\nPosition will review production schedules, design specifications, workflows, and other information to understand and adjust the processes to make them more efficient.\n\nPosition must be focused on asset integrity, reliability, maintainability, and operability of operating assets.
