The role is responsible for making sure that all lines have an active job, and the next job is identified and ready to move to the line to be worked on. They must also make sure that all materials have been counted and issued accurately and correctly.\r\nEssential Functions:\r\nMust have recent experience using a logistics system in a warehouse setting (computer).\r\nFollow all documented Material Issuing Procedures with no exceptions.\r\nPull material from the Warehouse and the Supermarkets to prepare it for use on the production floor. (Priority is set using Dispatch or supervisor request)\r\nProtect powder coated material for delivery or storage.\r\nVerify inventory accuracy while pulling materials and follow documented Kitting Procedures when a discrepancy arises.\r\nCheck and reply to emails about ECNs and material issues\r\nPut away items in drop zones\r\nQuantify and process scrap (Production Drops and Non-conforming Materials) working with the Inventory Control Team\r\nFulfill requests for the lines (ie. replace QTN items, remove extra parts and send them back into the warehouse and supply parts due to shortages)\r\nUse order picking equipment in a safe manner.
