DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Process Technician to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, coordinating between inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement to drive our team's success in meeting service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Your day involves monitoring inbound and/or outbound processes, from coordinating inbound receiving to overseeing order fulfillment, while maintaining service level agreements and quality standards. You'll act as a key problem-solver, addressing urgent requests, and ensuring proper labor distribution across different areas. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
