Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant House Calls Columbia and Washington, Counties, ORUp to $40K student loan repayment or $30K sign-on bonusStrong work-life balance with flexible scheduling (8am–8pm across 7 days)No on-call, weekends, or holidays required This is a field-based, non-prescribing role where Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants provide annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members.
