The role assists with training administration, data tracking, reporting, course management, and special projects that support Airport Customer Service operations across the network.\n\nAdditionally, this position will be responsible for supporting Frontier Airlines' Left on Board (LOB) program by coordinating the identification, tracking, documentation, and return of customer belongings left onboard the aircraft. This position serves as a key liaison between stations and our customers to ensure left on-board items are handled efficiently and quickly returned to customers.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nEnsure accuracy and integrity of ACS training and operational records.\nAssist with audit preparation and documentation requests.\nRespond to inquiries regarding training assignments and course access.\nProcess training requests, including course resets and enrollment updates.\nCreate and maintain training rosters for instructor-led and virtual training classes.\nManage the day-to-day administration of Frontier's Left on Board (LOB) program.\nMonitor and track all reported left-on-board items received from stations.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation of all LOB activity.\nIdentify trends and recurring issues related to onboard lost items and provide recommendations for improvement.\nWork with stations and customers to facilitate the recovery and return of items left onboard.\nProvide administrative support to the ACS Leadership Team.\nSupport department projects and operational initiatives.\nAssist with review of Baggage Claim files to ensure accuracy.\n\nOther Functions\n\nLead or participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.\nSupport broader ACS department goals and priorities.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent, relevant work experience) required,\nMinimum of five years of administrative, customer service, training, or operational support experience.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.\nKnowledge of Microsoft products.\nAbility to prioritize assignments.\nMust be able to demonstrate the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct when handling cash, financial transactions, and company assets.\nMust be able to pass criminal background and drug screening.\n\nEquipment Operated\n\nKnowledge of PC, scanner, digital camera, video camera, general office equipment.\n\nWork Environment\n\nPrimarily office-based with frequent interaction with airport operations.\nMay require availability outside of standard business hours to support operational needs.\nWill work in multiple locations including Frontier Headquarters and Warehouse for Left on Board.\n\nPhysical Effort\n\nModerate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.\n\nSupervision Received\n\nGeneral Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.\n\nPositions Supervised\n\nN/A\n\nSalary Range: $48,000 - $69,757\n\nWorkplace Policies\n\nDisclaimer: The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature and level of work required of the referenced position; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of individuals in this position.
