They will be responsible for working with an engineering design team from initial concepts to final plan production. They will also draft various sketches, plans, and exhibits using CAD.\n\nWhat you will do\nCarries out tasks assigned by the Project Lead and engineering team.\nDrafting grading, drainage, utility, street frontage improvements, and stormwater management plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D.\nProficient in AutoCAD Civil3D grading feature lines and utility pipe networks.\nPreparing drawings per company and public agency CAD standards and project-dependent CAD specifications.\n\nWhat you have\n\nEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE\n0-2 years of experience in a position requiring intensive AutoCAD/Civil 3D\nExperience drafting on-site and off-site improvement drawings for land development projects.\nGeneral knowledge of computers, Microsoft office, Adobe, Internet, etc.\nExperience with BlueBeam a plus.\nPHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR WORKING CONDITIONS\nProlonged periods of sitting (up to 8 hours a day for office staff)\nInteracting with technology (computer, cellphone, etc.)\nAbility to lift and/or carry items ( up to 20 lbs.)\nProlonged periods of standing/walking (field checks)\nAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions (field checks)\nOccasional travel e.g. driving to offices, jobsites, client meetings, etc.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nGreat culture – Team Collaboration, Innovative problem solving, Responsive to clients, Passionate about work\nCompetitive Pay ($20 - $29/hr + overtime DOE + location)\nPaid Holidays\n\nFree office snacks\nMuch more!\n\nWe welcome the opportunity to partner with recruitment agencies when additional support is needed.
