Also, the project entails consolidation and redesign of existing Lectora courses to prepare curriculum for LMS migration to WorkDay Learning. The project requires strong consulting, and instructional design skills. This is a 1-year assignment for an independent instructional designer contractor to deliver and perform the following:\nConsult with subject matter experts and content owners to identify learning objectives and to recommend learning approaches/solutions to streamline, combine and enhance existing web-based curriculum\nBuild effective relationships and partner with subject matter experts and division leaders to gather content information, determine and implement highly effective learning solutions with planned reviews\nCreate engaging learning activities and compelling course content specific to Adult Learning\nConvert web based Lectora courses to Articulate 360\nDesign e-Learning courses that apply adult learning principles and engages the audience while achieving learning objectives\nDevise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course\nVisualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product\nAnalyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design\nManage project by providing project requirements and schedules, updates on milestones, course reviews and feedback to ensure on time delivery\nMake edits and enhancements as needed to ensure content is up to date, professional and maintains a modern look and feel\nRequired Skills\nTech-savvy with 7 plus years of experience in designing and delivering web-based training\nStrong knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) models; well versed in Adult Learning principles and teaching methods such as: ADDIE, SAM, Agile\nStrong writing and editing skills; excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills\nAnalytical and creative/resourceful problem-solving skills\nAbility to conduct front-end needs analysis and back-end learning evaluation and measurement.\nHighly skilled in Consulting, Project Management, Storyboarding and Script Writing.\nProficiency with leading content development, tools, and methodologies, including WorkDay Learning, Articulate 360, Articulate Studio suite, Lectora. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
