III","description":"What You'll Do\nLead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technical staff across multiple projects.\nServe as Engineer of Record when assigned.\nOversee electrical system design, including power distribution, lighting, auxiliary systems, single-line diagrams, and equipment layouts.\nReview and coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and other project disciplines.\nSupervise engineering studies, including short circuit, coordination, arc flash, voltage drop, and load analysis.\nReview submittals, specifications, equipment selections, and commissioning documentation.\nConduct site visits, field investigations, and resolve design issues during construction.\nCollaborate with project managers, clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.\nPerform value engineering, review contract documents, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.\nSupport project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technical problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences\nTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of Engineering Experience\nOne-year on-site field experience strongly encouraged\nCan be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience\nLicensure as a US-based Professional Engineer is required\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nAdvanced knowledge of electrical engineering subjects, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, value engineering, applicable codes, standards, etc., is required to design state-of-the-art constructible projects.\nProficient in Autodesk, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Illumination software, and Oracle software pertaining to Engineering Productivity and CAC generation.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\nAbility to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\nEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the position\nAbility to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player\nAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others\nPay: $120,000.00 -
